Pricing
All prices displayed or offered on Tech Twurl are subject to change without notice. Tech Twurl reserves the right to change the price in regards to errors, market settings, or due to any other situations. In the event that Tech Twurl offers a new price after inspection of your item, you have seven days to accept or decline the new quote. In the occasion that you do not decline the new offer, Tech Twurl will automatically accept the item and make payment at the revised price after the seven day period expires.

Shipping and Receiving to Tech Twurl
Tech Twurl is authorized and operates via the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our main shipping service. Tech Twurl reserves the right to change its shipping carrier at its own discretion. If requested Tech Twurl offers a prepaid shipping label, however, if you chose to ship via any other carrier the postal fee will be at your own expense. You also have the option to pack your items using your own shipping box or to use a box provided by Tech Twurl. All shipping costs are paid by us when using our prepaid shipping label. Insurance is not included and must be purchased at your own expense.
If you decide to want to have your product returned to you, Tech Twurl must be completely reimbursed for the standard parcel post rate value for the product in agreement to these terms. The user agrees to take responsibility and waives losses of the amount stated by Tech Twurl and must accept our final judgment.

Tech Twurl is given the right to decide what carrier to use for return shipments and its insured process. If the item is ever lost by the carrier, the user must seek out the insurance claims to that carrier in that result, leaving Tech Twurl not accountable for those loses. If there is any extra insurance purchased by the customer, Tech Twurl ensures the customer to be fully liable on our behalf.

If there are any extra costs for the insurance or returns applied, Tech Twurl will state the additional costs and will request the extra amount sent via check or PayPal before the product is returned.

Original Losses Claimed to be Made by Tech Twurl
If any item that is sent out from Tech Twurl is lost or missing, Tech Twurl will be held fully accountable to reimburse its customers for the product value of the item bought. Tech Twurl will guarantee to pay at the very least the cost of the item offered and its shipping fees.

Loss of Items
The customer takes full responsibility for any losses or damages to the product during the shipment to Tech Twurl. A tracking number will be included with the prepaid shipping label to prevent such damages or loses to the product while it’s being processed through our carrier.

Tracking Your Items
Once we receive your order we will notify you via email confirming the arrival of your item(s). Upon inspection of the order, we will again notify you. This email will either confirm that payment has been approved in the amount of the original quote, or will address any discrepancies with your item(s). Once your item(s) are fully processed and all items accounted for, an email will confirm that payment has been issued.

Product Inspection
As soon as we receive your item(s), Tech Twurl will fully inspect it and check for the validity of your descriptions based on the product. Tech Twurl reserves the right to accept or reject any item. Tech Twurl will use the best of its judgment to determine the product value, and if the product is consistent with your description via inspection, includes all accessories mentioned, and arrives to us within thirty days of your order, Tech Twurl will agree to pay. Tech Twurl reserves the right to change any prices based on discrepancies that may occur during inspection. Items are to be described as either:
• Perfect: An item in perfect condition functions flawlessly, shows no signs of use, and has no dust, scratches, or blemishes present. Item may be new in box (NIB).
• Excellent: An item is in good condition, functions perfectly, and has no damages to the screen or main aspects of the item.
• Fair: An item in fair condition functions perfectly, shows use of the product, may have worn paint or faded text, is scratched or has blemishes.
• Poor: An item in poor condition is fully functional, but may have one of more issues including a broken antenna, broken hinge, broken or cracked display, broken or missing keys, broken or missing trackball, broken ports or inputs, a burned screen, cracks or deep dents, dead pixels, internal modifications, a missing battery cover, a missing or corrupted ESN or MEID, a scratched display, worn paint, or faded text.

In the event that an offer has no value or is not functional, Tech Twurl will give no monetary value for the item (zero dollars), but will accept the item regardless if the customer consents. Tech Twurl will either donate the item to a charitable organization, a nonprofit organization, or recycle it responsibly. Based on your request we can allow you to choose which charity to donate an item to.

Payment and Product Evaluation
All prices are based on the questions you have answered about your product and data from Tech Twurl. Quotes are valid for 15 days, but are subject to change (view Pricing). Final price totals occur after the inspection and validity of your product.

If a discrepancy comes up during the inspection process, Tech Twurl will communicate its revised offer. In the case that Tech Twurl offers a new valuation after inspection, you have seven days to accept or reject the new quote. In the event that you do not give a response to the offer, Tech Twurl will automatically accept the item after the seven day period expires.

The payment is sent once all of your items pass our final inspection. Please allow up to seven days of receiving your item before a payment is issued. If you have requested to be paid via check, please be patient as delivery may take longer. If being paid via PayPal your payment will be sent within a maximum of two days after final inspection. In the event that your check is lost for any certified reasons (i.e. due to postal irregularity), please wait thirty days before we process a new check.

Truthfulness of Information
Tech Twurl guarantees to the best of its abilities that all information presented on the Website is accurate. In the occurrence of typographical or technical errors, Tech Twurl reserves the right to correct the error. If Tech Twurl changes any information that effects your transaction we will provide you with: 1. the option to continue your transaction based on the corrected information or 2. the option to cancel your transaction, in which case Tech Twurl will return your product if already sent.

You may provide links to this Website given that 1. You do not remove or obscure, by any means, any part of the Website. 2. You discontinue providing links to this Website if requested by Tech Twurl and its owners. 3. You may not link us to any obscene, vulgar, pornographic, threatening, or unsafe material. Tech Twurl contains links to third party websites; however, Tech Twurl has not reviewed all the websites linking to this Website, and is not responsible or affiliated with any content on the websites linking to Tech Twurl. Use of any such linked website is at the users own risk.

Product Possession by Consumers
To use Tech Twurl and its services, you must be at least 18 years old and it’s essential that whatever is sold is under the original owner’s consent. Certain products, or the payment and delivery of those products, may not involve contravention with any legal laws, ordinances, decrees, or regulations with foreign transports. The user must agree and take full liability with any and every governed act. All products you find to sell through Tech Twurl must not conflict with the third party including patents, trademarks, copyrights, or any possessive rights of a person. Also they must not deal with stolen, counterfeit, or deceptive items. You are in charge of and will comply with any claims or debts without our consent.

When complying with Tech Twurl, you agree to be responsible for any losses from these claims and you must reimburse Tech Twurl in the case of a breach of the Agreement.

Accepting Offers and Orders
The title of the product falls out to Tech Twurl once the product is received for inspection. If problems occur and Tech Twurl decides to make a new offer after looking over the product, you can decide to agree with the new offer or decline within a period of seven days. If you decide to take the new offer, Tech Twurl will issue a different payment automatically within a time period of a week, after the new decision is finalized, if you do not accept the offer will be automatically revised with or without your consent.

Personal Information on Products
Tech Twurl takes safety and security of the users very importantly. Due to this, we remove all personal information from any product that is sent for inspection. Anything that is on a memory based disk, stored information, or a hard drive will not be held liable to Tech Twurl if the data is lost, erased, or received by a third party. If it contains articles or data illegal in nature Tech Twurl is not held accountable and will erase all data with no exceptions as stated in the Agreement.

Transfer of Payments
Payments are sent through a secure online banking and money transfer website called PayPal or via check once the product is received and inspected. It may take up to ten business days for the payment to be processed and distributed.

Liabilities with Fraudulent Accusations
As a user, you allow to compensate and agree to not waive any employees, owners, suppliers, administrators, appointees, service providers, middleman, dealers, authorization officers, from any rights or harm involving accidental, unintended, distinctive, eventful, disciplinary harm, or diminished profit or probability; rights, wants, or activity with open accusations with insurance providers, and, by sending a product to Tech Twurl you accurately forfeit all open accusations and also agree to be a representative on account of your insurance provider. When you mail your product to Tech Twurl, you agree to the Agreement.

General Conditions
Tech Twurl allows, as a website and business, to list the terms presented for any client using Tech Twurl. If you do not comply with these terms, please restrain yourself from using our services.
