What should I do about the data/information saved on my electronic?

All data and personal information saved on phones, MP3 players, cameras, camcorders, PDA's, GPS devices, and calculators will be erased 100%. You can either delete the data yourself or let us delete it when we inspect your item. We will by no means share your data or information publicly, and will erase it immediately upon arrival.

My device is broken or has missing parts, can I still sell it?

Yes you can, however, if you have the original parts or accessories your product value increases. If your device is broken it has no value, but we will gladly recycle it or donate it for you.

How does Tech Twurl calculate the price of my product?

Our sophisticated technology gathers market data from several different sources to determine the true market value of an item at any given time.The price algorithms automatically calculate your price based on market value and data.

What happens if my item is not worth anything?

Tech Twurl doesn't believe in wasting items, we will be happy to take the product off your hands and donate it to charity, or recycle the parts. Tech Twurl always gives a win win scenario.

What do I do if I don't like the price?

You are not obligated to sell the item after we give you a price value.

What do I do if I decline the offer once I ship it to Tech Twurl?

We will be happy to send your item back, just let us know that you don't want to sell it anymore by email and we will cancel your offer.

What happens if the condition of my product is not what I stated on the website after inspection?

If that's the case then we will email you a revised offer based on our inspection. You can either decline or accept this new offer. If you do not answer to our emails regarding the price change, after 12 days we will send you one last email automatically confirming the payment.

How do I get paid for my product?

You can either be paid by PayPal instantly, or receive a check by mail which takes several days to ship. If you do have a PayPal account we recommend that method.

How long does it take for the whole process to be completed so I can get paid?

Once we receive your item we will inspect it within on average 5-7 days. After inspection we will send you an email letting you know that we have sent a payment. At most it takes up to two weeks to finish the whole process after we receive your item.

Do you accept international items?

No, at this time we only ship and accept offers from the United States.

Is there a way to logout?

To sign out of your account click the bright red X button located at the top left hand of the screen. To ensure your safety and protection we recommend you logout after each session.

How do I pack my item?

In order to assure quality packing and safety appropriate packaging steps must be taken. Please try to use original boxes that came with your item when purchased. If you do not have the original box, then it is best to use antistatic plastic packaging. In order to secure your item use newspaper or environmentally friendly packaging material. For fragile and expensive items use bubble wrap or foam peanuts. Tech Twurl is not held accountable for the items shipped.

How do I attach the shipping label?

If your order qualifies for a prepaid shipping label you will receive an email with such label. Please print out, cut and attach the shipping label using some sort of adhesive that does not block the content of the shipping label. Clear tape works best.

What shipping methods are available?

Tech Twurl offers a free box on any order, however, you as a customer will have to ship your item to us using your preferred shipping carrier.

How can I send my item to you?

Please drop off your box at any local shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx,etc) and mail to our address above.

How do I get the box that you provide?

We will send you a box using USPS and inside you will find a packaging slip reviewing your order. It will take a few days for the box to arrive to you, however, if you are sure that it has not arrived in a sufficient time frame please Contact Us.

Is my package insured against damage or loss?

The shipping carrier we provide or you have chosen is liable for your items once it is in their hands. However, if we lose or damage your item at our facilities we will reimburse you for the total value of your product only.
